Nestled in south Norman near SW 12th Avenue and Cedar Lane Road, Eagle Cliff has quietly become one of the city’s more established and steadily evolving neighborhoods. With a blend of mature homes, newer construction, neighborhood parks, and convenient access to schools and shopping, Eagle Cliff offers a unique combination of affordability, space, and long-term potential that continues to attract buyers across multiple stages of life.
